Cottage Food Laws allow bakers to sell shelf-stable baked goods from home (no cream/custard/meat fillings) plus items like jams, jellies, granola, dried herbs, etc.
All of my recipes are thoughtfully crafted, using quality whole ingredients and unique flavor profiles to celebrate the art of simple, honest baking.
While I will only be catering to the locals, I do plan to take everyone along on my journey.
